Escape the urban grind for 4 days of Yoga, voice work, meditation, fresh air and amazing food. Join us for a beautiful, heart-filled, revitalising summer getaway melding Vinyasa, music and meditation amidst the idyllic surroundings of our luxury villa in Puglia, Southern Italy.

As well as Yoga classes in the morning and evening we will be offering optional guided meditation and voice workshops during the day. Sound healing treatments and Shiatsu massage will also be available at a supplementary cost. Our talented chefs will be providing exquisite meals using locally sourced, organic ingredients; vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available.
